Dirty Angel Presents: NW Black Comedy Festival Showcase

Infinity Room is excited to host a precursor showcase to the 2023 NW Black Comedy Festival, featuring Jaren George, Mx. Dahlia Belle, Jamal Coleman and more! Hosted by The Real Hyjinx with music provided by DJ Wildchild.

Dirty Angel Entertainment is a small, Black-owned business that provides personal coaching, consulting, production, and management. They focus on highlighting Black joy, humor, and its historic importance in the Black community, artistic expression, and a voice against anti-Blackness. DAE is the creator, founder, and executive producer of the NW Black Comedy Festival. In its 7th year, it is a multi-day, multi-venue festival featuring 80+ comics from across the country including live performances and podcasts.

The NW Black Comedy Festival was recognized by the New York Times as one of the best Black History Month events in the country and the company was awarded the 2020 Precipice Fund through PICA from the Andy Warhol Foundation for Visual Arts.

This year's festival will be taking place from February 16-19, 2023 at two amazing venues in the heart of Northeast Portland: Alberta Abbey, the 380 seat historical theater, and Curious Comedy Theater, one of only two comedy clubs located in Portland!

Bigger, Blacker, and funnier with more showcases and live podcasts than ever before. 10 showcases, 2 live podcasts and over 60 Black comics from all over the world will be in town for 4 days and hours of laughter!

Doors at 7:30, show at 8. 15 adv/20 at the door. 21+ show.

Please purchase all tickets for your party under one name in order to ensure your entire party is seated together. Your party members do not all need to arrive at the same time to check in.

We offer our full kitchen and bar menu before and during the show.

Online ticket sales end when doors open. If there are still tickets available after doors open, you may purchase them at the door.

No refunds for admission unless a ticket holder tests positive for covid before the show.
