Kaye was inspired to build this event after seeing a need in the Victoria 2SLGBTQIA+ community for an opportunity to build deeper connections that lead to friendship and romance. She blends her identity as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community with experience in facilitation to create community!

Meet Kaye, your facilitator extraordinaire! By day, she's head of Diversity and Inclusion for a company of 4000 amazing individuals. She’s a proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who’s all about making sure everyone feels included and respected. Kaye has been rocking leadership roles for years, especially in organizations that care a lot about women, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, and those with disabilities. Kaye's like a superhero for fairness and equity, and she's got the awards to prove it! She's not just a leader, though—she's also an awesome public speaker and a master at bringing people together. About 25 times a year, Kaye inspires crowds of up to 1000 through fun, innovative events. Go, Kaye!
