Nickel 9 Distillery Tour

The idea of Nickel 9 Distillery was founded years ago by two high school friends, and turned into a full blown business in February of 2017. When we opened our doors last year we had only our hero product, Northern Temple Vodka. Since then our imaginations have run wild and we've added Hidden Temple Gin, Golden Temple Brandy and a line of Liqueurs, Bitters, Flavoured Vodka's and Syrups. 

During the Nickel 9 Distillery tour we walk you through our entire production process on Northern Temple Vodka, from fermenting fresh pressed Ontario apple juice all the way through to bottling the finished product. We then use our base Northern Temple Vodka as a starting point for almost everything else we have in the works. 

Tour includes product samples and a sample beverage. We also give you a brief history of the Junction Triangle and a little background on the beginnings of our company. Tour typically runs between one and two hours.
