Traditional Nepalese Dance Class with Singing Bowl Meditation

Come experience Nepal and welcome your senses with the spirit of fresh marigold garland, dusty roads, colorful saris, majestic peaks, heavenly spices, peaceful hearts, and ancient stories; stories through music and movement that immerse deep into the body. Prashna will guide us in a traditional and spiritual practice of Nepalese dance, evoking healing vibrations, accompanied by a singling bowl ritual near and dear to her family heritage with hand-crafted singing bowls from her artisan uncle.

Prashna will be available after the dance class to say hi and answer any questions! I hope you will join us and support this beautiful young spirit! This will be a special time you will not want to miss! 

 

About Prashna:

Prashna Ganeju is from Bhaktapur, Nepal. She is a full-time college student and dance teacher. She teaches adults and children of all ages and skill levels, allowing her students to feel comfortable, welcome, inclusive, and inspired.
