A celebration of the music and culture of Mexico, including Sensemayá, Fiesta Mexicana, and the US premiere of Concierto Mexicano for Guitar and Orchestra, featuring guitarist Hector Rodriguez.

Directed by Norman Gamboa, Director of Orchestral Activities at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
