Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just beginning, this workshop will expand your songwriting toolkit, exploring different approaches to writing and creativity. Songwriters Emma Della Rossa and Angela Saini will lead participants through lyric-writing exercises in a creative writing circle. Where do I go when I enter the venue?

• The workshop will be held in the “Zen Den,” the back room of Alternity. When you enter through the front doors, walk straight ahead to find the room.

Will there be food?

• We will have homemade cookies made by Emma! Additional food and drink can also be purchased at the venue.

Parking?

• Paid parking near Alternity (located at 333 Bloor Street West, Toronto) is available via limited street parking on Bloor Street or nearby commercial lots and garages

Emma Della Rossa is a songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist whose music is defined by vulnerable storytelling, dreamy acoustic-pop production, and confessional lyrics. She is the creator and host of Bedroom Studios Podcast and the founder of Toronto Music Gals Network. As a songwriter-producer she seamlessly blends her training as a classical flutist with an intuitive approach to creation.
