Dr. Favis is an Assistant Professor of Percussion at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, overseeing the Brownsville campus, where he teaches applied lessons and percussion methods, coaches percussion ensemble, and oversees the Vaquero Marching Band Drumline. 
 
Dr. Alexander Sanso serves an Assistant Professor of Trumpet at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
