**IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MERKULES**

1. If you purchased multiple tickets for friends, transfer them their ticket in advance. Each individual must possess their own ticket and not arrive to the Box Office window in groups. 1. Doors open at 7:00PM. Arrive early as entry line will take longer due to increased security measures. There are full pat downs, and metal detectors and belonging checks prior to entering the venue which takes longer.  No backpacks allowed, you will be required to empty all of your pockets out into a tray for inspection so only bring what is absolutely necessary.

1. All patrons must have a valid Government Issued photo ID in its physical form, not a photo of it and ensure it is not expired.

1. Make sure you are in the right line when you arrive! ALL guests must check in at the box office, even if you have a ticket. They will verify your ticket and ID, get you a wristband then you will go to the second line for security checks prior to entering the facility.

1. To speed up the process for everybody, only bring what is necessary to the event. There is a strict no bag, backpack or large purse policy. Anything over the size of a clutch will be required to be checked in at coat check.

1. Reminder: Cannabis, is illegal to bring into the venue and will be confiscated upon entry and not returned. This is the same laws that apply to bringing alcohol into the venue.

1. There is a mandatory pat down, metal detector scan and personal belonging search for ALL guests upon entry to the venue. Those who leave for a smoke will be fully searched upon re-entry. Any illegal item or item that may affect the safety of guests within the venue will be confiscated and not returned.

1. Our new pub Green Room is now open! It is attached to Coors Event Centre at 243 2^nd avenue south. Swing by for preshow drinks or food and get exclusive side entry access with minimum purchase of one item. Will be open at 6PM-2AM.

1. Tickets are still available at the door for purchase, but go up in price, so purchase in advance at www.coorseventcentre.ca
