In the thick, alluring BC Rocky Mountains, surrounded by Ancient Forest, and nestled between Jasper and Prince George is where you will find Crescent Spur, British Columbia. The community is very small and remote and is located 45 minutes NW of a modest little town called McBride. This location is the perfect getaway to relieve yourself from the busy day to day city life that often leaves us feeling distant and detached from the world around us. Here, the birds can be heard singing through the valley, as a beautiful chorus. The wind blowing, swiftly forging a melody. The waterfalls endlessly crashing setting the beat. Hear the frogs and the crickets come into tune with the night. A train chugging along, blasting its horn, welcoming a new day of adventures. And the sun. Oh the sun... She is sure to welcome you with open arms and breathtaking views every time she appears, never failing to leave that soft glow upon your cheek, and that quench for thirst upon your lips. There is no shortage of nature, wildlife, or fresh air here. Something new to experience around every corner. When you are here, you will feel the aura and the and positive energy all around you, and somehow without ever being here before, it feels like home. This. This is where Mountain Valley Music Festival COMES TO LIFE. This is an electronic music festival with 2 stages. These stages are hand built and ready for anything! There are over 60 DJ's and Produer's who plan to bless this valley with the loudest bass it has ever seen! As well as a rap showcase and couple of Rock bands set to slay the stage. The mountains are not only stunning but will act as a natural amplifier, radiating our sound and energy through this valley we call home. And when the sun leaves us for the night, the lights will carve through the darkness and dance through out the night. On the property sits a beautiful mansion, that once had dreams of being a home for children with cystic fibrosis. The previous owners were unable to make those dreams come true and that is when we decided to buy the property and took the chance to build something beautiful! And that something beautiful is Mountain Valley Music Festival. The house now serves as a home base for the MVMF team, and the new sleeping grounds for our amazing artists and team members. Now remember we are secluded and among nature, Safety always comes first and be mindful of our remote location. We will have security and first aid to help make sure everyone is having fun and staying safe. McBride is the closest town and anything you may need can be found there. Prince George and Mcbride are your final stop for gas and supplies so be sure to fill up! If you need to get away, connect with nature, free yourself. Even if only for a weekend, then this is the place to be. Surround yourself with smashing scenery and real people and let the music run through you. Fill your lungs with the crisp mountain air, clear your mind and let you soul be free at MVMF.
