MCC is a monthly cocktail meetup designed to foster community, share knowledge, and provide hands-on experience for both bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts through networking and competitions.

This month’s event is focused around the incredible craft and character of specialty coffee at Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters here in Edmonton.

The evening will take place entirely at Rogue Wave and features two immersive components:

Roastery Tour & Coffee Tasting

Guests will explore the art and science of coffee with a guided tour of Rogue Wave’s roasting facility. Learn about the sourcing, roasting profiles, flavour development, and brewing techniques that make this ingredient so unique!

MCC Cocktail Competition

Inspired by the bold flavours and nuanced profiles of Rogue Wave’s beans, bartenders will put their creativity to the test in our signature MCC cocktail competition. Expect inventive coffee-forward cocktails that highlight the diversity of flavours from high quality coffee.

Competitor Tickets:
Register for a chance to compete in this month’s competition. Competitors will be randomly selected and notified via email prior to the event, along with a full breakdown of competition rules and judging criteria. Please note, registering for a Competitor Ticket does not guarantee a spot in the competition - you must confirm via email after you have been contacted and pick up your ingredient kit on-site in advance.

Spectator Tickets:
Enjoy the evening’s full experience, including the roastery tour, guided tasting, and the excitement of the competition.

Competitor Details:

Confirmed competitors will receive a curated coffee ingredient kit provided by Rogue Wave Coffee Roasters, featuring selected components to inspire recipe development.

Competitors will be able to pick up their kits in advance (pickup details provided upon registration confirmation) to experiment and dial in their creations before the event.
