MCC is a monthly cocktail meetup designed to foster community, share knowledge, and provide hands-on experience for both bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts through networking and competitions.

April is focused around the Brut Cider from Maison Sassy - an incredible apple-based cider produced in the heart of Normandy, France.

Hosted at DOSC, this month's event features:

- brand education and cider tasting presented by Cathy Choi from Nobilis Wine Importers
- a bartender-focused cocktail competition featuring Maison Sassy's Brut Cider

Competitor Tickets:
Register for a chance to compete in this month’s competition. Competitors will be randomly selected and notified via email prior to the event, along with a full breakdown of competition rules and judging criteria. Please note, registering for a Competitor Ticket does not guarantee a spot in the competition - you must confirm via email after you have been contacted and pick up your ingredient kit on-site in advance.

Spectator Tickets:
Enjoy the evening’s full experience and cheer on your local bartenders during the competition.
