Moonlight Cocktail Club x Ilegal Mezcal

Join us on Monday, July 27 at Baijiu for an evening celebrating one of our favourite categories: mezcal.

This month’s featured spirit is Ilegal Mezcal, giving competitors the opportunity to explore its uniqueness in cocktails.

Whether you’re stepping behind the bar or joining us from the audience, expect an evening of creative drinks, community, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. As always, competitors will create a cocktail featuring the night’s spirit, present it to our judges, and battle it out for bragging rights (and a few prizes).

Select the competitor ticket when registering to put your name into the draw. Competitor spots are limited and those selected will be contacted via email prior to the event.

Not competing? Grab a spectator ticket, enjoy the cocktails, cheer on your fellow bartenders, and learn a little more about Ilegal Mezcal along the way.
