Head to Head promotes mental resiliency and physical wellness among young Canadians through Olympian led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Mary-Sophie faced injury, illness, plateaus and many other challenges and learned a lot from her amazing swim career. She will share his extensive knowledge of the sport with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.

 

Clinic Schedule:

10:30AM - 12:30PM - In pool session - Butterfly, Freestyle and IM, Skills, Drills, Technique and more!

12:30PM - 1:30PM - In class session - Mary-Sophie's story and her journey to the Olympics + Goal setting for a new season!

Q&A, Autographs, photos + more!!

Please note: the clinic will be in english, but Mary Sophie is 100% bilingual, so any French Speaking swimmers are more than welcome, as she can translate lots and often :)

 

Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email samantha@headtohead.ca with the names of the swimmers!

 

Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - please just ensure to let us know in advance so that they have access (email hello@headtohead.ca)!

We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, ages 10 - 16) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.

Clinique de natation Head To Head avec Olympienne Mary-Sophie Harvey, à Montréal le 15 Septembre, 2024!!

Ce sera une petite séance de groupe ouverte à tous les nageurs (de 10 à 16 ans). En classe, Mary-Sophie discutera comment établir des bonnes objectifs pour la saison et dans la piscine elle travaillera sur les départs, 'Freestyle, Butterfly', la technique, et comment améliorer la natation!

 

La clinique serrait une petite groupe, pour assurer que Mary-Sophie peut travailler avec chaque nageur.

 

Horaire de la clinique:

- 2 heures Piscine : Technique, Drills, Butterfly et Freestyle

- 1 heures Salle de classe: Établir objectifs pour un nouvelle saison et l'histoire de Mary-Sophie et les Jeux Olympiques de Paris 2024!
