X92.9, Plain Jane Events and Russell Brewing Company present the kick off to the Summer Balcony Series at Hotel Arts with MONOWHALES, The Royal Foundry and School of Rock. Experience the return to live music from the rooftop of Hotel Arts and the luxury of your own private balcony. Ticket packages include one-night accommodation (2 Queen or 1 King), show and a select food and beverage menu. We've got your entire night covered from check in to check out, all you need to do is figure out what jammies you're going to rock.  

Staggered Check In Schedule:

Tier 1 and 2  - 3:00 pm -4:00 pm

Tier 3 and 4 - 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Tier 4 and 5 - 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

VIP Suites - anytime between 3pm and 5pm

Includes underground secured parking and select food and beverage menu from Yellow Door Bistro. Access to outdoor pool (reservations are recommended).  There is no view of show from pool area, only from hotel room balconies. Prices include all taxes. Valid credit card and matching ID is required upon check in and a $100 per night pre-authorization will be secured for additional incidental charges.

• Hotel guests are not permitted to host visitors from outside their immediate household in their rooms.
• Individuals who reside on their own can have their two close contacts stay with them in a hotel room, with the following restrictions:
  • An individual who lives alone may stay with both of their close contacts, IF both of the close contacts live on their own.
  • If the close contacts do not live alone, only one close contact may stay with the individual who lives alone.

A helpful COVID ambassador will be on-site assisting guests to ensure proper social distancing protocols are followed.  We want to ensure everyone has a safe, amazing experience!

Plain Jane Events Show Refund and Postponement Policy

• No refunds are available for this show.

• Our first and foremost priority is the safety of our guests, entertainers, crew and partners.

• Should we reschedule an event based on recommendations from Alberta Health Services and the Government of Alberta or because of environmental conditions beyond our control purchased tickets will be valid for the revised, announced date (one year maximum).  

• We realize postponing and rescheduling an event may come as a disappointment to some, however, during these ever-changing times we hope you understand these decisions are not made lightly.  

• Our hearts go out to the incredible entertainers and crew with whom we work, both on and off stage, many of whom have lost other work as a result of this unprecedented global situation. To them, we send our deep appreciation and respect.

Terms and Conditions

• Four-person occupancy max. Multiple rooms purchased in one transaction will be auto-generated and may not necessarily be next to one another.

• Please do not attend if you are sick or showing any signs of Covid-19 (Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Sniffles, Extreme Tiredness, Difficulty Breathing) or if Self-Isolating.  If it is determined that you have a fever and are turned away or unable to attend the show that a ticket was purchased for (due to COVID - 19 circumstances), there will be no refunds or credits. Ticket name transfers may be considered no less than 72 hours prior to 4pm of the show day.

• Masks are mandatory in all public areas of Hotel Arts including elevators, hallways, banquet areas, etc. They are not necessary when in your room or on your balcony.

• Please keep your distance from others (at least 2 meters).

• Show is all ages, however, there will be adult content. Do not leave children in the hotel room by themselves.

• Hotel Arts will offer full room service and will be available till late. To eliminate wait times and assist with service, it is recommended to pre-order breakfast. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverage items.

• No glassware on balconies.  Please do not lean over the railings, stand on chairs, spit or throw items off the balcony.

• Excessive noise and rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Filming and photography of this event will take place on the premises. By entering the hotel property, you are hereby granting the rights for yourself to be photographed, recorded, broadcast or published.

• All guests of any Plain Jane Events or our Partners, understand and assume the full risks involved foreseen or otherwise by attending these events and hereby release, discharge and waive any rights to hold harmless in any way, Plain Jane Events, Hotel Arts, X92.9, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners or presenters related to any of these said companies.
