Description

The 17^th annual Greater Moncton Highland Games & Scottish Festival takes place June 13 – 17, 2023.

There are free community concerts, flag raisings, a ‘try it’ heavies event and pub night Friday, and a full day of entertainment and competitions on Saturday at the Hal Betts Sportsplex (250 Assomption Blvd, Moncton).

Visit the petting zoo with Highland cows, sign up for the 5KM Tartan Run, watch the dancers, pipers, drummers, swordfighters, blacksmith, spinners, weavers, sheep herders and shearers, and enjoy wagon rides, bouncy castles, and more fun for the whole family.

Admission for June 17 is just $10/person or $25/family, with children 12 & under free. (We appreciate if you reserve free tickets for children, to help us keep an accurate count of attendees.)

Important Info

Please note: There is NO PUBLIC PARKING on site. There WILL be a 'drop & go' lane off Assomption Blvd to the Entrance Gate.

There will be a small section for those individuals/vehicles with a designated parking for persons with disabilities placard.

This is an ALL AGES event. Government issue ID showing proof of age 19+ is required for alcohol purchase.

There will be a pedestrian entrance with bike racks at the East Gate, ideal for those parking downtown & walking.
