Mezame (Awakening) Session: Fire From Within

Ease into the changing season with a special Mezame (Awakening) Session at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden, led by Courtney Samuels of Fire From Within Yoga.

With more than 20 years of yoga practice, Courtney creates welcoming and engaging classes that encourage participants to explore movement, strength, and mindfulness at their own pace. Certified in a variety of yoga disciplines, meditation, and Reiki, she believes yoga is a lifelong journey of growth, curiosity, and connection.

This session will feature gentle hip and heart-opening poses designed to release tension, encourage mindful movement, and help you reconnect with yourself. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is suitable for all experience levels and offers an opportunity to restore balance and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
