Description
Our Mezame (Awakening) Sessions invite participants to discover new paths to peace and serenity through thoughtfully curated experiences. Each session is led by skilled professionals, including teachers, artists, instructors, and more.
Join Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge for a gentle vinyasa class at the Bunka Center. Together, we’ll enjoy the beauty of the natural world and reconnect with ourselves through breath, mindful movement, and a sweet closing meditation.
Everyone is welcome — no experience is necessary, and modifications will be offered to support all levels. Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge is committed to creating inclusive, accessible spaces so that as many people as possible can experience the benefits of yoga. We are delighted to join Mezame and celebrate our community coming together.
