REFUND POLICY

ONSITE TICKET: Partial refunds available for requests received on or before April 15, 2024 less a $25 processing fee. No refunds after this date.

LIVESTREAM TICKET: No refunds.

NOTE: If the event is rescheduled, purchases will be honoured for the new date. If cancelled, full refunds will be provided. Refund requests can be sent to mhsummit@headwaterlearning.com with a processing time of up to five (5) business days.
