Refund Policy

All events prioritize member participation, though guests are welcome. Guest attendance may be subject to cancellation, with any paid fees fully refunded. Tickets are non-refundable within 5 days of the event. Refunds are granted only with approval from the German Canadian Business Association (GCBA). Please note, Showpass fees are non-refundable. If unable to attend, contact us at secretary@myGCBA.com. Cash refunds are not available, but we may issue a credit for another event at our discretion
