Mellt is a three piece alternative rock band from Vancouver, BC that combines “borderless vocals, driving drums, distinct riffs and a dreamy atmosphere” (POULE D’OR). Since forming in 2014 the band has released two self-produced EPs (Mellt and Visions), won the University of British Columbia’s 2016 Last Band Standing, directed and released a debut music video for their track Glow, and shared the stage with acts such as Lido, Vince Staples, and Oh Wonder. Currently the band is putting the finishing touches on their debut full-length album Waves, set to release later this year.

RACHAEL SCHROEDER (Vancouver) // http://rachaelschroeder.com/

Rachael Schroeder is a singer, songwriter, producer and audio engineer based out of Vancouver, BC. She grew up listening to Imogen Heap, Queen, Electric Light Orchestra, and Ella Fitzgerald. Rachael is passionate about creating a sense of belonging through her music. Her synesthesia (perceiving music and sound as colour) allows her to paint her songs with a distinctive musical palette. Rachael is currently creating her next EP, playing shows around Vancouver, working in the industry, and is a happily recovering perfectionist.
