Mekong is Whistler’s newest restaurant and will present their first Cornucopia wine dinner on November 10, 2023. Culinary Director, Chef Angus An of Vancouver’s Michelin-recommended restaurant Maenam will be cooking alongside Mekong’s Head Chef Bonnie Khummuang.
This fine Thai multi-course menu is paired with Meyer Family Vineyards' wines. Meyer Family produces wine at their estate vineyard in the Okanagan in the traditional French burgundy style. They focus on small case lots of varietals best suited and expressive of their unique place of origin with an emphasis on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
