Every year we set goals for the New Year and design a plan to achieve them in order to be happy. But we know that life doesn't work that way... WHAT IF there is a way for you to release stress, be in the flow, reach your own self-defined success and enjoy the process along the way?

It is now understood by conventional medicine that the flow of energy through the nervous system is critical to health, which has led to exciting new research in the area of vibrational energy therapies.

In Africa, therapeutic rhythm techniques that promote healing and self-expression have been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, mental and spiritual health. Many research now clearly show how drumming and dancing can promote physical and emotional healing and produce feelings of well-being. Specific studies conducted by professionals in the fields of music therapy and mental health reveal that drumming for example, does accelerate physical healing, boosts the immune system, reduces tension, anxiety and stress, and helps control chronic pain.

This healing workshop series will help you release some of your stuck emotions in a way that does not require you to find the right words to express your pain. You will be able to connect at a deeper level and access joy through drumming, dancing and singing traditional African songs.
