Description
Mary-Catherine Pazzano, renowned Jazz vocalist, and singer-songwriter, Eric Jackson, join together for one night of music. Blending their rich harmonies and singing some of their favourite songs, Mary-Catherine and Eric will be joined by local pianist, Jack Wyndham. Grab your tickets today for an evening of music you'll feel in your soul! This concert is a fundraiser for Knox Presbyterian's music program.

For the past decade, Mary-Catherine has been working steadily as a performer, freelance vocalist, music educator, vocal coach, and music director. Performance highlights include the American debut of Songs for My Mother Off-Broadway at Symphony Space (NYC), jazz performances at the iconic Birdland Jazz Club (NYC), and headliner at: Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival, Jazz Bistro (Toronto), The Rex (Toronto), The Jazz Room (Waterloo), and The Registry Theatre (Kitchener). She has also toured New Zealand as a performer and workshop leader, and has been a featured soloist with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony. Mary-Catherine has been lucky to share the stage with jazz notables including Billy Stritch, Mark Eisenman, Pat Collins, and, classically, the world-renowned Penderecki String Quartet. After singing in choirs for most of his life, Eric Jackson started his band, Eric Jackson & Willow River in 2021. As a multi-genre vocalist, Eric enjoys blending his love of bluegrass, country, folk, jazz, and more to create a unique sound you won't find anywhere else! With his band, Eric has played venues including the Canadian National Exhibition, The Rec Room Mississauga, The Hub & The Registry Theatre. Eric has worked with Grammy-nominated vocalist, Mairead Carlin, and has been lucky to share the stage with wonderful musicians including Tommy Stinson, Glenn Milchem, The Tenors & the world-renowned Penderecki String Quartet. Jack Wyndham is a local pianist and recording artist with an active online presence. He has recorded several albums of solo piano music that cover all bases from pop, to classical, to jazz, and original compositions. When Jack is not in the practice room, he can be found teaching students at the Kitchener Academy of Music, or educating folks all over the world through online video calls. Jack has played for groups including Eastwood Collegiate's Concert Choir, Preston Mennonite Church, The Royal City Big Band, Penny and Pound Theatre Company, The Cambridge Symphony, The Noteworthy Singers, Age of Majority Singers, and The Waterloo Region Police Chorus.
