Mariachi Ghost with Astrôids | Reclaiming 5 De Mayo

The Good Will presents Reclaiming 5 De Mayo: a fundraiser for medical and legal bills for migrant farm workers.

The Mariachi Ghost and guests will be rockin' out to help raise awareness and funding to help temporary workers via the “Migrant Workers Solidarity Network.”

Temporary migrant workers play a critical role in Manitoba's agricultural and cattle industries. Every year farmers from Mexico, the Philippines, and beyond come to MB to lend their labour to farms all over the province. Yet, because of government failures and the lack of industry standards, many workers face exploitation, poor housing situations, and a lack of medical care.

Ticket sales from this event will help pay for medical expenses, legal guidance, and a yearly event dedicated to the workers.
Come rock out for a good cause.
