Join us for a supportive workshop exploring practical strategies to help graduate students manage stress, support their mental health, and build healthier habits during demanding academic periods. This session will be led by Dr. Mahsa Yaghoubirad, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), who specializes in mental health and wellbeing.

The event will begin with a 1-hour workshop, followed by pizza, snacks, and an additional hour of informal connection time where participants can relax, chat, and meet fellow graduate students.

Students are welcome to join in person or via Zoom.
