Stage & Drag Makeup Workshop

Join us for a transformative afternoon of artistry and self-expression! This hands-on workshop is designed to teach you the basics of stage and drag makeup, whether you’re a performer looking to sharpen your skills or a curious beginner ready to explore bold new looks.

The afternoon begins with a 2-hour session led by Caaryn Sadoway, who will guide you through the essentials of stage makeup. You’ll learn how to enhance facial features, create dramatic contours, and ensure your look holds up under the spotlight.

After a 30-minute break, you’ll be treated to a special performance from the dazzling drag queen Ofelia. Following the performance, Ofelia will lead a 2-hour interactive session on drag makeup techniques for kings and queens. She’ll share her insider tips and tricks for crafting show-stopping looks.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with practical skills, creative inspiration, and a deeper understanding of how makeup can transform not just your face, but your performance.

Recommended for participants aged 16+. This is a hands on workshop and you will practice applying makeup during the session. We will be providing makeup for this session but folks are also welcome to bring their own if they prefer.
