Calling all Edmonton and area female minor hockey teams! We want you to join us at our Minor Hockey Night game for giveaways and a post game autograph session with the Griffins women's hockey team. To claim FREE tickets for your team please email griffins@macewan.ca. 

Doors Open: 6:00PM MST

Puck Drop: 7:00PM MST

Please note this game is held off campus!

This game is being played at Downtown Community Arena (10245 105 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 2T3) located inside Rogers Place, only two blocks from MacEwan campus. Entry to the DCA is available through the north side entrance or through the Rogers Place pedway.

All tickets are General Admission — grab any open seat and cheer on your Griffins! Please help create a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone. 

Please note there is no concession available at Griffins hockey games.

 

MacEwan University students get in for FREE!!

Claim a free student ticket through this event listing OR show your MacEwan student ID at the door. One ticket can be claimed per student per event. If you claim a student ticket through the event listing, you will be required to show your MacEwan student ID at the door. If you cannot produce a MacEwan student ID, you will be required to purchase a ticket before entry.

 

Parking:

Paid parking is available on the north side of the arena. Game day LRT and bus schedules are provided on the Edmonton transit website or through the Transit app.

 

The MacEwan University Griffins have been a member of the Canada West Universities Athletic Association and U SPORTS since 2016. In the history of Griffins Athletics, they have captured over 100 title championships. In 2021, the women’s soccer team captured the Griffins first USPORTS championship title.
