2026 BOSS PASS

We’re very excited to see you at Wildhorse Saloon this year! We know you may have questions on how the Boss Pass works, so we’ve put together a bit of information for you here to help make entry a little easier:

Where do I get my Pass? Your phone IS your Boss Pass!

When you receive your email confirmation for your Boss Pass, you will be given the option to add your purchase to your Apple or Google Wallet. Follow these instructions to add your Pass to your digital wallet (https://help.showpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/6955702144663-Apple-Wallet-Google-Wallet).

I’m old-school, can I print my Boss Pass?

We prefer to scan the QR Code in your digital wallet or scan the ticket PDF barcode directly from your phone, but a paper PDF of your Boss Pass will scan the same as the digital format.

 Is my Boss Pass valid for entry on all days?

YES during our hours of operation for each day of Stampede, July 2nd, 2026 - July 11th, 2026

JULY 5 at TBD - 2:00am

Does that mean my Pass valid for entry for all concert events?

YES. Boss Passes are valid for entry for all concert events. We recommend getting to Wildhorse Saloon when the doors open for the show so you are guaranteed to get into Wildhorse Saloon in time for the show!

Is there a special line-up I should get in to when I arrive?

YES. The VIP line for Boss Pass holders is located on the 4th Street (East side) of Wildhorse. Look for our signage. 

How many times per day can I use my Pass to gain entry?

Boss Passes are valid for entry a maximum of once per day. Each individual person entering Wildhorse Saloon - including yourself - represents one scan of your Boss Pass. This means your 2-Person Boss Pass will scan 2 entries maximum per day, and your 4-Person Boss Pass will scan 4 entries maximum per day.

What do I do if all of my guests are not with me when I arrive?

You will be able to exit Wildhorse Saloon and then re-enter with additional guests.

Can I send my Boss Pass to someone else to gain entrance during Stampede?

NO. Your Boss Pass is unique to your Showpass account. Boss Pass holders must be present with guests and show valid government issued ID in order to gain entry into Wildhorse Saloon.

Can I transfer my Boss Pass to someone else? 

YES. You are able to transfer your pass one time, prior to 12 pm on Thursday 02 July, 2026. Once a transfer is complete, it can NOT be transferred again - either back to you or to anyone else. After this date all passes will be non-transferrable.  Please also note all passes are non-refundable, regardless of transfer status.

How do I transfer my Boss Pass to someone else?

What else do I need to know?

Wildhorse Saloon Hours are subject to change without notice.

Boss Passes are valid for entry subject to venue capacity and AGLC regulations.

Wildhorse Saloon is an 18+ venue, valid government issued ID must be presented in order to gain entrance. No minors.

Wildhorse Saloon management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable.

Your Boss Pass has no cash value. Boss Passes deemed lost or stolen will be cancelled and will not be able to be scanned for entry.
