Description
Love Autopsy is a live, talk-show-style comedy event where real people revisit past relationships with enough distance to laugh, reflect, and understand what happened. Onstage, guests walk us through how they met, why it worked, where it cracked, and what survived after the breakup. Think: Cold Case Files, but for your heart.
The night is hosted by perpetually single comedian Leif Oleson-Cormack ("The Disney Delusion", Edinburgh Fringe, Seattle Comedy Competition) who will guide the conversation with humor, curiosity, and a desperate need to understand how relationships work.
This month's exes are two performers who dated for five years, broke up, and somehow managed to remain colleagues: Katie Yoner and Joseph McManus!
MEET THE FORMER COUPLE:

Katie Yoner (she/her) is a comedian based in Edmonton who has toured across Canada and performed at festivals including Santa Monica’s Bergamot Comedy Festival and the Grindstone Comedy Festival. She is a finalist in Corus Entertainment’s $10,000 Funniest Canadian Contest and Edmonton’s Funniest Comic Competition, and placed second in Yuk Yuk’s Standup Stand-Off. Katie runs The Comedy Underdog, Canada’s longest-running open mic comedy show, performs regularly with Rapid Fire Theatre and The 11 O’Clock Number, and tours her Sterling Award-winning comedy show Rat Academy, in which she plays the last rat left in Alberta.

Joseph McManus (they/he) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Calgary whose work often revolves around animal-themed theatrical worlds. Their projects include the cow-themed brass theatre ensemble COWTOWN Brass Band, the touring clown shows Rat Academy and Rat Academy 2: Gnaw and Order, and Enrichment Hour, an open mic for zoo animals.
Join us as we ask our brave guests the question once posed by the great Albertan philosophers Tegan and Sara: "Where Does the Good Go"? By the end of the night, maybe we’ll even learn how to keep some of that good alive.
Ex-couples will get in for free (provided they're both willing to talk about it onstage).
