ABOUT THE ARTIST

Lorne Lofsky is an internationally recognized jazz guitarist that’s played/ recorded with a who’s who of Jazz including Oscar Peterson, Ed Bickert and Chet Baker. He played extensively throughout Europe with Mr. Peterson from 1994-96. In addition, he taught at York University for 48 years and has been a mainstay of the music scene for the last several decades in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area, across Canada, and recently in Europe with the Juno nominated Canadian Jazz Collective.
