• Guests must arrive before 10:30:
  Fairground gates close at 10:30 PM – Longhorn attendees must be through the gates before 10:30 PM to access the venue. Refunds are not provided to guests who fail to enter the Fairgrounds prior to 10:30 PM.

• Availability:
  There are only 8 suites available each night, and they are expected to sell out well in advance. Secure your suite early to avoid disappointment!

• Country Fair Admission:
  Longhorn VIP packages DO include entry to the Country Fair for up to 12 people.

• Refund Policy:
  Refunds are not provided to guests who fail to enter the Fairgrounds prior to 10:30 PM. Refunds are also not provided on a pro-rated basis if fewer than 12 attendees arrive.
