This 5-week improv workshop is a joyful, confidence-boosting experience designed for women who want to reconnect with their playful side, strengthen their communication skills, and rediscover the power of laughter!

Whether you’re curious about improv as an art form or as a tool for life — this workshop is for you. Together, we’ll explore spontaneity, storytelling, and connection in a supportive, laughter-filled environment where it’s impossible to “get it wrong.”

What You’ll Experience

• Activities that help you stay present, think quickly, and trust your instincts
• Learn improv games like: Make-A-Story, New Choice, Press Conference, and more!
• A safe, supportive space to play, laugh, and express yourself freely
• Collaborative exercises that build confidence, empathy, and teamwork
• Tools to improve listening, spontaneity, and authentic communication
• Laughter, connection, and a community of women cheering you on

All levels of experience welcome (you can never practice this work enough!) 

Who It’s For

This workshop welcomes female-identifying adults (18+) of all backgrounds, personalities, and comfort levels. Whether you’re shy, curious, or looking for new form of expression and connection, this space is for you.

Why Women’s Only?

Because when women gather, something special happens!
Creating a space just for women allows us to take risks, be silly, and open up without pressure. It’s a chance to explore vulnerability as strength, celebrate confidence in all its forms, and reconnect with the joy of playing together.

Class Dates: Wednesdays, November 5th-December 10th, 2025 (5-weeks)

• Class time: 5:15pm-7:00pm
• Investment: $297.00 (tax included)

(No class - Nov 26th - Includes ONE complimentary ticket to The Stand-Up Standoff)
