Experience the magic of Italy right here in Hamilton with our Little Italy Family-Friendly Pasta Class! This hands-on pasta-making workshop is designed for kids (ages 6+) and adults to roll, cut, cook, and enjoy fresh handmade pasta together.

In just 90 minutes, you’ll mix and knead traditional egg-based pasta dough, then use hand-crank pasta machines to roll and cut rustic noodles like tagliatelle. Once your pasta is ready, you’ll simmer and toss it with your choice of two simple but delicious sauces—Veggie Bolognese or Aglio e Olio (garlic, olive oil & herbs). The best part? You’ll sit down and enjoy your homemade meal together, sprinkled with Parmesan for the perfect Italian finish.
