Created by multi-platinum award-winning Country music superstar Dallas Smith, the Lifted Hotel Festival presented by SiriusXM Canada – is an exclusive safe concert experience showcasing some of Canada’s brightest emerging talent and headlined by two-time CCMA Entertainer of the Year, Dallas Smith.

In partnership with The Festival Company, the Lifted Hotel Festival Presented by SiriusXM Canada and Sponsored by 93.7 JR will take place at the luxurious Westin Bayshore Vancouver, overlooking the beautiful North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet on September 17 and 18, 2021.  The festival welcomes the return of live performances in Vancouver and brings music and fans back together to lift the human spirit while experiencing live music from the comfort of their own private balcony.

All proceeds from the Lifted Hotel Festival presented by SiriusXM Canada and sponsored by 93.7 JR Country will go toward Lifted, a Dallas Smith Charitable Organization - a non-profit organization committed to ensuring that mental health services are accessible to anyone and everyone in need.

Check-In Times

Check in will be provided in timed tiers, if you miss your time slot, the hotel will get you in as quickly as possible however cannot guarantee it will be before other guests at later time slots are checked in. Please note that everyone in the room must arrive at the same time & check in together.

1-1:30pm - Harbour Wing, 8-9th floor | Tower, 19-20th floor

1:30-2pm - Harbour Wing, 6-7th floor | Tower, 18th floor

2-2:30pm - Harbour Wing, 5th floor | Georgia Wing, 4th floor | Tower, 17th floor

2:30-3pm - Harbour Wing, 4th floor | Tower, 14-16th floor

3-3:30pm - Georgia Wing, 3rd floor | Tower, 11-13th floor

3:30-4pm - Harbour Wing, 3rd floor | Tower, 8-10th floor

UPDATE - Sept 15, 2021

• Starting August 25, 2021 masks are required in all public indoor settings for all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+). Masks are required when in all of the Westin Bayshore hotel's public areas  (lobby, washrooms, elevators, restaurants, pool, etc).
• For guests attending the Lifted Hotel Festival presented by SiriusXM, on September 17 and 18, 2021, non-vaccinated individuals can stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, they will not be allowed access into the Hotel restaurants as per the Provincial Health Order.
• Proof of vaccination will be required to access some events, services and businesses. Starting September 13, attendees must have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. By October 24, attendees must be fully vaccinated.
• The requirement applies to all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+) and covers:
• Indoor ticketed concerts, theatre, dance, symphony and sporting events
• Indoor and outdoor dining at restaurants, pubs and bars
• Nightclubs and casinos 
• Movie theatres 
• Gyms, pools and recreation facilities 
• Indoor high intensity group exercise 
• Indoor organized gatherings like weddings, parties, conferences, meetings and workshops
• Indoor organized group recreational classes and activities like pottery and art

The health and safety of our guests is our top priority: COVID-19 updates and what to expect at our hotel.

Please do not attend if you are sick or showing any signs of Covid-19 (Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Sniffles, Extreme Tiredness, Difficulty Breathing) or if Self-Isolating. Your temperature may be checked upon arrival at the hotel. If it is determined that you have a fever and are turned away or unable to attend the show that a ticket was purchased for (due to COVID - 19 circumstances), there will be no refunds or credits - No exceptions. Ticket name transfers may be considered no less than 72 hours prior to 4pm of the show day.

FAQ

How many people can I have in my room?

• Standard Rooms have a maximum of 4 guests per room, there is no room swapping. We do ask that you remain in your room during the event and do not visit other guest rooms, due to spread of COVID 19.
• One Bedroom Suites have a capacity of 5 and Two Bedroom Suites have a capacity of 8. Heavenly Rollaways are available for an additional $30 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes.

How many tickets do I need to buy if there are 2 or more people?

• 1 ticket is good for up to 2-8 people depending on the room purchased. See point above regarding the number of guests allowed per room.

What time do I have to check-out by?

• Check-out time is 10:30am, the following morning.

What if my friends are arriving at a different time? Do we have to check-in together?

• Everyone for the room must arrive at the same time & check-in together.
• Must supply all guest names prior to arrival to BayshoreGroup.Reservations@westinhotels.com by September 5, 2021 at 5pm, names cannot be added or changed at check-in.  Not having names on file will result in guest registered to the room needing to be present for any additional keys or lockouts.

Do I need to bring the credit card I booked the room with?

• Valid credit card and matching ID must be presented at check-in (matching to what is in reservation). A $200 hold will be placed on the card, until after the room is checked after departure. Debit, debit/credit cards, cash will NOT be accepted.
• A credit card must be supplied at check in to order food during event or charge to your room.

Do I have to wear a mask during the concert?

• Masks or face-coverings are Mandatory in all Indoor Public Places in Vancouver. ie. Lobby, elevators, hallways, etc. Please bring your own masks or face-coverings and stay 2 meters apart from people at all times.
• Masks are not required to be worn while in your room within your household group.
