Queer fam, we have ourselves a NEW HOME!! The gay gods have us GAGGED!!

With this outstanding news comes a catch! Every sexy second-hand warehouse comes with a sky-high to do list with pretty juicy price tags…
To open our next chapter with you, we humbly ask for your support!

Our first event is not only a kick-off and welcome to our brand new baby, but also a fundraiser to help us make this space *chef’s kiss* damn near perfect for you!

Our space improvements include:
* Multi-stall washroom with flushing toilets for all! Accessible too!
* Extensive cleaning & building renovations
* Self-serve running water station!
* Completely private smoking patio!
* Lower-stimulation lounge area!
* New custom art installations & murals galore!
* New staging & sound upgrades

This event is being held on the stolen, ancestral territories of the Musqueam, Skxwú7mesh-ulh, and Tsleil-Waututh nations. As we live and organize queer space as settlers on these lands, we have an obligation to continuously work to repair harms perpetrated upon Indigenous communities, presently and historically. Settler colonialism has brought (and continues to bring) untold violence to these lands, via unlawful resource extraction, racism in medical and foster care systems, and the intergenerational trauma of residential schools.

BUDDY SYSTEM:
The Buddy System is a grassroots effort to combat rape culture and enhance the safety of our queer events. CONSENT IS SEXY -- AND MANDATORY! Buddies will be wearing **NEON T-SHIRTS**. Our Buddies are NARCAN trained, and are carrying sealed water bottles, condoms, lube, granola bars, tampons, and more. They will run interference if someone is receiving unwanted attention, can help folks in need find a way home, and generally serve as go-to support people should any problems arise.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Light sensitivity note - flashing and moving lights at this event. Entrance is ground level through door double doors with clearance of 61in wide. Accessible washroom is currently under construction, but will be built to ADA Standards. Washrooms are all genders.
