Come hang out in the kitchen with Willow as she teaches you some baking, dough shaping, and decorating techniques designed so anyone can do them at home with few to no specialised baking tools! Afterwards, everyone will have a chance to make some of their own treats to either take home or enjoy with a casual tea during the schmooze at the end!

 

This event is a very special one-off created just for ELEN members and YEG's Sapphic community. We are so excited to collab with Willow Rosenberg traveling all the way from Winnipeg once again! Come share in queer baking joy with customized, homespun storytelling and one-on-one interactivity in a live, improvised but structured program. All materials necessary will be included including tea after the class. Herbal and low caffeine will also be available.

 

We have substituted this location after the Unitarian Church of Edmonton, our original venue, was hit with flooding. We will be using a Home Ec classroom generously provided by L.Y. Cairns School. Venue is accessible, is on transit routes and there is free lot parking.

We will be working together in the kitchen so capacity is tight!! Tickets must be secured in advance.
