Lesbian Queer Herstory Bus Tour

Lesbian and queer women's history in Edmonton is an exploration of identity, community and social change. This tour will visit landmarks related to books,  sports, dances, coffeeshops, arts, music and more.

We are pleased to off this special lesbian queer her story bus tour with Kristy Harcourt!

Space is very limited on this bus tour, so please only register for a ticket if you plan to use it. 

This free bus tour will last approximately 90 minutes and will take place rain or shine. The pick up and return point will be at Hazeldean Community Hall.

What is the cost of the tour? All walking and bus tours are free, thanks to the support of the Edmonton Downtown Business Association, Stollery Charitable Foundation, and the MacEwan Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity.

How long is a tour? Each tour is about 90 minutes and will take place outside without any breaks. Please dress for the weather and bring sunscreen, water or snacks. Tours are accessible as much as city sidewalks/streets allow.

Who is hosting the tour? All walking and bus tours are hosted and guided by members of the Edmonton Queer History Project along with special invited guests. Each tour participant will receive a free souvenir Edmonton Queer History Map!
