Description

Queer Futures // Futures Beyond

Step into a future of limitless possibilities at the Laramie PrideFest 2025 Annual Summer Drag Show, a dazzling celebration of artistry, community, and 2SLGBTQIA+ futurism! This year’s event, inspired by the theme Queer Futures // Futures Beyond, explores what the future looks like when queer people shape it through imagination, resilience, and joy.

Event Highlights

  • Experience a high-energy evening of Drag Kings, Queens, and Creatures, Singing and Lip Syncing, Burlesque, and more!
  • Performers will bring speculative storytelling, futuristic aesthetics, and radical imagination to the stage.
  • Expect bold performances inspired by Afrofuturism, solarpunk, cyberpunk, and other speculative movements as we dream of futures where queer joy and self-expression reign.
  • Enjoy a 15-minute intermission to refresh and mingle with the community!

This is Laramie PrideFest's cornerstone event, showcasing the best of our local and regional talent while raising funds to support year-round 2SLGBTQIA+ programming in Laramie and the surrounding rural areas. As the only organization providing consistent, year-round 2SLGBTQIA+ resources and safe spaces in this part of Wyoming, Laramie PrideFest is filling a critical gap in a state where such services are few and far between.

By attending this event, you are directly supporting initiatives that provide essential community resources, including mental health services, advocacy, and events that foster connection and belonging. Laramie PrideFest is not just about celebration—it’s about creating a future where all 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals can thrive, even in a rural context where challenges can feel overwhelming.

Tickets:

  • $30 in advance (sold by the Gryphon Theatre)
  • $35 at the door
  • First come, first served for seating, so grab your tickets early and don’t miss out!

Ticket Purchases Help Fund
Laramie PrideFest’s ongoing mission to create safe, inclusive spaces for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Southeast Wyoming.
