This premium evening showcases the finest flavours of Newfoundland and Labrador, from land and from the sea. Surrounded by some of the province’s top chefs and musicians, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated dining experience that celebrates our rich culinary history and culture.

The evening begins with a welcoming reception featuring endless local mussels served to the table, along with a tasting of local spirits. Guests will then be treated to a three-course menu, carefully crafted by local chefs using ingredients sourced from across the province.

Each course reflects the diversity and creativity of our food culture, paired with live music from Liam Maher, Julia Dawson & Bruce Smith and The Masterless Men, paying tribute to the spirit of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Please note: Though you are not required to purchase a specific amount of tickets, regardless of the number purchased, seating arrangements will be made in groups of 10 per table. The Songs, Stages and Seafood Festival reserve the right to determine where you will be seated.
