Forest Bathing Guided Event

Hey Kinners!

Join us in Shinrin-Yoku, the second part of the KUS Forest Bathing Series! 

Translated to Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese practice that involves going out into nature and immersing your mind and body with the surrounding nature. Experience the physical and mental health benefits of being present in the outdoors and enjoy tea and snacks!

Our event is led by certified Forest Bathing Guide and PhD. candidate Tara Brown. Meet us in between the two Osborne units at 12 pm and together we will make our way into the forest of Pacific Spirit Regional Park coming back after 2:30pm.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including good walking shoes, and a jacket as the event will be happening rain or shine.
