Description
The Sexual Harassment Advice, Response, and Prevention for Workplaces (SHARP Workplaces) program at Community Law Assistance Society (CLAS) works to address and prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. In this 90-minute interactive workshop, participants will build practical knowledge about what workplace sexual harassment is, how it shows up across different sectors, and what rights and options are available to workers who experience it in British Columbia.
This session will help Teaching Assistants and Research Assistants to strengthen their confidence and capacity to respond to sexual harassment, support prevention efforts, and improve access to legal information and community resources.
Whether you are a worker, employer, organizer, or simply want to better understand how to challenge harassment in workplace settings, this session offers concrete tools and accessible legal information to help you navigate and respond to harm.
