Kemptville Male Choir, Two Choirs, Strong & Free

Join the Kemptville Male Choir and their guests, the Ottawa Carleton Male Choir, for an evening of great music, and help raise funds for the three food banks in the Kemptville area, namely The Salvation Army, House of Lazarus, and Knights of Columbus.  This year's program will feature a significant amount of great Canadian music, including songs by Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson, Allister MacGillvarey, and others.

Before COVID, the Kemptville Male Choir was known as The Ottawa Valley Male Choir and had performed together for many years.  After the COVID restrictions were lifted, they regrouped in Kemptville as the Kemptville Male Choir.  They are currently under the direction of Christine Admiral, accompanied by Abe Te Grotenhuis  They share their love of music performing at numerous local community events, retirement residences, and long term care facilities.

This year, the Ottawa Carleton Male Choir has been invited to join in as guest performers.  They are another group with a long history of performing.  In addition to performing around the Ottawa area, they have performed tours in Europe, most recently Italy and Holland.
