Kaminéh Experience: Calgary

Kaminéh is a DJ collective with members in Calgary, Vancouver and the UK, built around pushing South Asian music and culture forward through rooms they curate themselves. They join Mastané for the first night.

The night brings together Bobby Kang, Kokaheena and Mastané. Bobby Kang comes off co-producing Bass Dhol with Skrillex and Ahadadream for Island Records and producing the bulk of Raf Saperra's catalogue — a lot of what the rest of the world is currently catching up to came out of his sessions. Kokaheena co-founded Kaminéh and plays out of Calgary, moving across bass, rhythm and soul without borders. Mastané play live: Raaginder on violin, Asad on the decks.
