Description
Self-leadership is the ability to pause long enough to choose your response, instead of running on autopilot. When life is demanding, we lose awareness and our default patterns take over. This guided, hands-on reflection session helps you regain clarity and act with intention.
Using a simple “Inner Map” exercise and journaling prompts, participants will explore Dorothy Kudla’s three pillars of self-leadership: self-awareness, situational awareness, and intentional action.
In this session, you will:
• Build self-awareness: Identify the patterns, triggers, and strengths that shape how you show up under pressure
• Strengthen situational awareness: Notice what your environment is asking of you, what you might be missing, and what matters most right now
• Choose intentional action: Define one clear next step and one boundary that supports calmer, more intentional choices
You will leave with a one-page personal map and a practical reset you can use anytime to move from reaction to intention.
No leadership title or creative background required. Just a journal and an open mind.
