July 20 – 7:00 PM | Spirit in Niagara Distillery
Music Niagara welcomes back the extraordinary Jeremiah Sparks for an unforgettable evening of music, storytelling, and soul.
A celebrated Canadian performer with a commanding stage presence and deeply expressive voice, Jeremiah Sparks has captivated audiences across Canada through both theatre and music. His remarkable stage career includes powerful performances as “Maurice” in Beneath Springhill, “Pa” in the Canadian premiere of The Color Purple, and Reverend William Pearly Oliver in Controlled Damage at Neptune Theatre. His stage credits also include memorable roles in Oil and Water, Hosanna, The Gospel at Colonus, and Divinity Bash. Nationally, he has moved audiences portraying Louis Armstrong in Satchmo Suite and Lanier Phillips in Oil and Water.
A gifted singer, pianist, and composer, Sparks blends gospel, jazz, blues, and theatrical storytelling into performances that are deeply personal, heartfelt, and uplifting.
Set in the warm and intimate atmosphere of Spirit in Niagara Distillery, the evening offers a truly local Niagara experience. Founded by a family with four generations of tender fruit farming, Spirit in Niagara crafts small-batch spirits from the region’s seven signature fruits—peaches, nectarines, yellow plums, blue plums, pears, apricots, and cherries—grown across more than 200 acres of Niagara farmland.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy locally inspired cuisine and small-batch spirits before the performance.
Dinner reservations are encouraged to enjoy the full experience. To reserve, please call 905-934-1300.
An evening of powerful storytelling, soulful music, and unforgettable artistry—live with Music Niagara.
