January HeWe Eats

‼️‼️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP: 

*NEW RULE: If you cannot pick up the HeWe Eats on the day of pick-up and wish to have a friend pick it up for you, you must send an email to sauderhewe@gmail.com with the name of your friend and a confirmation of your Sauder enrollment by 9 am this Thursday.

 

Failure to do so will disqualify you (or your friend) from picking up the meal and it will be transferred to someone else. Strictly enforced.*

 

1. When signing up for a HeWe Eats, please know that...

• Your Showpass email is the email you will be receiving a confirmation email from 
• Your displayed name on Showpass is the name that will be checked-in to receive your Eats 

If your Showpass email or name are incorrect, please make a new account/edit your name to ensure that your order confirmation and pick-up go smoothly. 

1. HeWe's policy is 1 HeWe Eats per person. This is to ensure that the love is spread to as many people as possible 💛. If you sign-up for more than 1 Eats you will not be receiving an Eats. Please do not sign-up for two Eats through any method as this action will result in your removal from the January HeWe Eats distribution!
2. You must be a BCOM/Commerce Undergraduate Student to student to receive an Eats, and you will be asked to verify this through a CUS sticker or your timetable upon pick-up.
