**IMPORTANT RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR JAMES KENNEDY**

1. If you purchased multiple tickets for friends, transfer them their ticket in advance. This speeds up entry for everyone. Each individual must posses their own ticket and not arrive to the Box Office window in groups. 1. Only Showpass tickets are valid. If you have a ticket that is not a digital ticket on the Showpass platform that means it is a 3^rd party scalped ticket and is not valid for entry. You can verify you have a Showpass ticket by following these steps: https://help.showpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023662834-Accessing-Your-Tickets

1. Doors open at 8PM, and it is 19+.

1. We will begin prescanning ticket holders at 7:30PM, so that at 8PM when doors open, guests can flood in without additional checks. Arrive early as the event is SOLD OUT and entry will take longer.

1. There are full pat downs and belonging checks prior to entering the venue which takes longer. Help speed the line-up and only bring items that are necessary. By trying to smuggle items in, you only slow down entry for all other guests.

1. There is a strict no bag, backpack or large purse policy. Anything over the size of a clutch will be required to be checked in at coat check for $3 cash only. This slows down entry though, so do not bring it unless it is necessary.

1. All patrons must have a valid Government Issued photo ID in its physical form, not a photo of it and ensure it is not expired.

1. Reminder: Cannabis is illegal to bring into the venue and will be confiscated upon entry and not returned. This is the same laws that apply to bringing alcohol into the venue.

1. Green Room, the new pub attached to Coors Event Centre at 243 2^nd Avenue South will be open at 6PM with limited quantities of a SUR special “Pumptini Cockail and SUR goat cheese Balls” Skip the line and dine at Green Room before the show!
