Pop-rocker Jackson Reed hits the legendary King Eddy stage on March 20.
About Jackson Reed:
Jackson Reed and The Silverbirds are a Calgary based pop-rock band known for melodic songwriting, energetic performances, and a sound that blends contemporary polish with classic rock roots. Their new EP, Live in ’25, was recorded during a sold-out performance at the River Cree Resort and Casino in Edmonton, where more than 2,000 fans witnessed the group’s most dynamic show to date.
Praised by Skope Magazine as “a rising force in the music industry,” the band has earned national attention through television features on CTV, radio play across Canada and the United States, and growing support on streaming platforms. Music journalist Jeff Gemmill has noted that their work “echoes the power pop of the late seventies and early eighties in the best possible ways.”
The group has collaborated with respected artists including Andy Summers, Neil Giraldo, and Kenny Aronoff, a reflection of the professionalism and musicianship that guide their work. In 2025, they shared major stages with Streetheart and the legendary Nazareth, a milestone year that helped shape the sound and spirit of Live in ’25.
With a strong foundation and expanding audience, Jackson Reed and The Silverbirds continue to refine their identity as one of Canada’s most promising pop-rock acts.
Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
