About Jackson Reed and The Silverbirds

Jackson Reed and The Silverbirds are a Calgary-based band that blends classic rock with modern pop to create catchy tracks and an exciting live show. The band turned plenty of heads in 2023 with their single "In My Head." The song reached the top 200 of the Canadian iTunes pop charts, and also found success on radio in many markets across North America such as Toronto, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Detroit. The band is perhaps best known for their frequent collaborations with heavy hitters in the music industry. 2021 saw the release of their single "Dangerous Lover," which featured the great Kenny Aronoff on drums. Jackson is also the host of the successful podcast "Guess That Record," where he's interviewed amazing guests such as David Paich from Toto, Canadian songwriting legend Jim Vallance, and Paul McCartney's horn section the Hot City Horns. The band has an exciting future ahead of them, with Damien Reid of Illustrate Magazine stating “I get the feeling Jackson Reed and The Silverbirds are going places with their nostalgic sound.”
