General Admission Tickets can be exchanged for another time slot, if available, but exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to ticketed time slot. Showpass service fees may be applied on any and all refunds or exchanges. Entrance to the event is subject to venue capacity. The Edmonton Christmas Market is an outdoor event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
